Shipping - Christmas Sweaters 

Urgency – Items are shipped out as soon as possible. We know many of you need this for a party on a certain date. We offer expedited 2-3 day shipping. As the Holidays draw closer - shipping carriers typically slow down by a couple days - so 4-5 days lead time is ideal.  Please order in advance to make sure you get the size and style you want while supplies last.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange any item, we provide a 7-day return policy (just provide us a tracking number if shipped back). The item should be in new, unused condition. We just ask you to try on the garment and inform us immediately if there is a sizing issue – let us know. Please leave the hang tag in tact and let us know your exchange or return request via email: support@snowtorious.net. Please view the sizing chart carefully - Buyer pays ship back fees for return or exchange.
